| Room will be available from Sunday 26th of March onwards. Bond is $1000.00. Cleaning included. Property is fully furnished but the room will need a bed. Water included, electricity/ internet bill is divided between two. The house is cleaned weekly.
The property is a worker's cottage conveniently located 15mins walk from the CBD, minutes walk from Hyde Park + Oxford St - no expense spared to make the space as lovely as possible. All rooms, bedroom included receive natural sunlight and all appliances are top of the line and to be shared. Furniture is a combination of modern antiques and young european designers - life is short and at quality of living should never be underestimated :) |
