About The Bedrooms Every room has its own ensuite and walk in robe and furnished with all WIR shelves, a double bed with mattress and billows, a dresser, 2 bedsides, small fridge, and some decorating items. Every room also has its own wifi network zone that wirelessly connects and controls via an application the following; 5 wifi SMART LED ceiling downlights with milion of different light colours changing according to your mood or the music or movie you watch, 2 wifi ceiling speakers, one 50” Smart 4K TV, and your own wifi ducted AC zone with control unit inside the room. The TV, lights and speskers can be connected to work together, e.g., the colour and intensity of the light change automatically according to the sound and/or volume of music or movie on your phone or TV. They also can work separately or manually. Each room has its own Netflix channels (included in the rent). About The Shared Space The living and dining area and kitchen are all open to each other and are entirely open to an alfresco and a beautiful landscaped backyard via bifold and scaffold doors so you enjoy the sun and open space during the day. This shared space also has its own wifi network and AC separated zone. There are four high quality wireless ceiling speakers in the shared space (one in each of living, dining, kichen and alfresco) connected to the ceiling SMART LED dowlights and SMART 4K TV (it has FOXTEL sports included in the rent). You'll also have access to facilities include: NBN WIFI (included in rent), unlimited national calls via landline phone (included in the rent), washing machine, dryer, large double door fridge with big freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 6 burners cooktop, large oven, ducted vacuum, and water filter. The kitchen has also all you need for cooking (pans, pods, a mixer, water cooler,....). The shared space has a large lounge, dining table with 6 seats and a breakfast bar. All bills are included EXCEPT ONLY the electricity. This include water, gas, wifi, Netflix, FOXTEL, and landline phone) Tenants requirements; I’m looking for only those tenants who can meet these requirements: 1- A person who is tidy and clean with a very good tenancy history (at least 2 reference agents) 2-a A proof of Australian permanent residency so don’t need to pay a bond for the furniture. Or 2-b An international university student/ people with temporary resident visas but needs to pay a bond for the room furniture. 3-a A person with consistent income and permanent job (has to provide a three months bank statement and payslips) that shows the tenant is able to afford the rent. OR 3- Three months bank statement showing the tenant has enough savings for covering the rent on top of the average living cost during the length of tenancy to ensure the tenant is able to pay the rent consistently on time. 4- Smokers are welcome but no smoking inside the premises (indoors or outdoors). Hi guys, I go between my Brisbane Parklands apartment and Northern NSW so am looking to let out the unit on a regular basis to someone who wants to sleep overnight in the city instead of driving back and forth to the Sunshine coast etc. I've placed it here instead of AirBnB because I'd prefer the same person on a regular basis. Please note the $75 is for one night only. I've just put beautiful carpet in (not in the photos) and painted There's a chaise sofa bed lounge, dining table come desk, all kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities. You wouldn't need to bring anything. And as a 'resident' you could have access to the meeting / function rooms. The bedroom fits a Queen bed though has a single atm and I'm environmentally conscious so am trying to grow veggies on the private 3 x 3 m balcony (faces East over Parklands and the city). You have the pools / spa / sauna / gyms / Parklands / Roma St station all at your doorstep with Queen St mall 10 mins and Southbank a 20 min walk. There's also 2 cafes onsite with a convenience store going in shortly apparently. To watch the sunset I go to the end of the hallway that has a full length window wall looking west. The 12th floor has great neighbours and it's very secure. The parking can be discussed. There's a car space but I may leave my car here and catch the train out of town and there are usually other residents with spots for rent. The reason there's no wifi is because I use my phone as my hot spot so will take that with me each time I leave. You can have access to it if we happen to be in the unit at the same time but I'm expecting we'd both like our space ;-) I'm flexible with dates / times so we can discuss price as it will depend on number of nights / frequency (eg if you wanted it every Mon - Thur maybe $290 incl bills). So about $70 - 75 a night. I'd just ask that we make sure we leave a clean kitchen (has dishwasher) / bathroom / bedroom / put sheets in the machine (there's lots of linen), before we swap over. Oh and NO SMOKERS thank you. xx

This is a happy, clean share house with a good vibe. So it'd be kinda cool to meet a new flatmate that likes a little bit of socialising, tv sesh, casual drink or group dinner night. I'm a shift worker at the airport so I do a lot of odd random hours, but I'm quiet as a mouse when I get home, quiet like a ninja!!!! There's currently 1 room so whoever moves in I'd like to be very respective of others property and privacy, keep the place clean, have very good communication skills with flatmates and make the place your home :) This property is in a gr8 location 10mins from airport 20mins from city with a bus stop 150meters from the front door. There's a 24hr gym and IGA, open till 10pm 5mins away. Taigam shopping centre is about a 10min walk from the house with Chermside shopping centre literally around the corner being a 5min drive. It's a small big house with a huge Kitchen/Preparation area, Home cinema setup, WIFI and all of the yard work/gardening is included in the rent. A nice outdoor setup with a brand new 6 burner bbq. The whole house is furnished, very clean and cosi. I also forgot to mention there's a 5000ltr rain water tank, so you'll always have good pure drinking water.... no chemicals...
