| This lovely room in a large duplex city penthouse is available until October 2016. The room has a balcony as well as a large closet, storage space and a bathroom for your own use. It includes a dedicated underground private car park space for yourself. Room is unfurnished. Wifi, washing machine, dryer, dish-washer, water bills and fortnightly cleaning are included in the price. The only bill not included is electricity - which can be split pro rata between us.
You'll be living just minutes away from Central Station. Alfred Park and a host of terrific bars and restaurants are at your doorstep. Belvoir Street Theatre is close by. This is the perfect place for a professional looking for a place to stay in the bustling heart of Sydney.
It痴 to share with one other friendly male professional. Namely me! I知 39 and work in health. Love books, art, yoga and travel. I知 mainly into blues, funk, world and classic rock/pop in terms of music. I知 pretty chilled out. Have a girlfriend who lives in an adjoining suburb. I壇 like potential flatmates who I can occasionally share a meal, shoot the breeze or go out with. I like the house to be tidy but I知 not a total clean freak myself. |
