Very nice view from your room through the big window on Collins Street Cleand and tidy people ONLY ( weekly cleaning roster)

TRANSPORT: trams and trains when you step out from the building to move everywhere in the city and suburbs
SHOPPING: woolworths, coles, Iga, shopping centre, cafées, burger, 7/eleven open 24 hours when you step out from the building

Rent: 170 per person per week bills not included
3 months minimum stay $700 bond 2 weeks rent in advance AVAILABLE FROM 31st July
