| Located in leafy Alderley - which is a picturesque drive 5.5kms North of the CBD. Looking for a commuter who will not need to be here on Saturdays and Sundays i.e. only commutes to Brisbane during the week then returns back to own home on weekends. You can choose from one of two available bedrooms but share bathroom and kitchen. Only looking for one person so other room will be left vacant. Bus stop is right next door and over the road, train within 200m, Coles Bi-Lo, coffee shops, chemist etc. all within 100m. I'm easy going and currently pottering around slowly doing up this old Settler's Cottage and getting a veggie garden growing out the back.
