Quiet street between the Victoria Barracks and ACCA, 2 minutes to the Botanical Garden running track & ponds, right by St Kilda Rd Trams, and a few minutes walk to Crown and all that Southbank has to offer.
We work quite late, so this suits someone who isn't too much of a light sleeper when we come home & shower!
We are relaxed, like the gym, occasional drink & after a flatmate who is positive, self sufficient and likes a laugh. |
