| Hi, I'm a young friendly professional girl working in the city 3-4 days per week and 1-2 days in the local area. I enjoy spending my weekend with my two canine children and enjoy a quiet night in most weeknights. I get up early (around 4.30am) to hit the gym at 5 and then come home and go to work. No other housemates at this stage however may want to bring one in late April with a cleaner then being provided at my expense.
The house is located in the quiet Marylands estate, I have Netflix, WiFi, Hydronic Heating (with personal panel in bedroom), refrigerated Air Conditioning, dishwasher and solar heated Pool. Recently fully renovated kitchen and new flooring throughout. 5 minute walking distance to a Frankton City bus line and a 10 minute walk to Peninsula Private Hospital and Karingal. Must love pets as I have to adorable puppies. |
