| Large room available in fully furnished 2br apartment in Maroubra, 1 block to the beach and cafes in Mckeon street.
I am a single, self employed professional working in the fashion industry, I work from home 50% of the time.
I have a cat that is old and hard to get along with but will warm up pretty quickly to nice people.
I am chilled out and I like a drink but the apartment certainly isn't a party house.
