| Single room available for short term rental until start August- $325 per week includes all bills & internet. 5 mins to shops and cafes, bus stop, 10 mins walk to the beach. Room is furnished in well fitted out big apartment in small block with huge shared garden. Sharing with young professional couple and extremely cute Italian Greyhound pup who loves cuddles. Clean, respectful housemate who can enjoy a drink or two on weekends but needs to be relatively quiet during the week; I.e. not a party house. Room is available now, let us know if interested. |
