| I have just moved to Newcastle from Adelaide for work. I work in fashion about 50 hours a week. Looking for a nice room (prefer furnished) with friendly housemates around my age (24) willing to socialise as I don't know anyone in Newcastle. I'm looking to move in on the 30th April and can pay a security deposit. I am a young professional, used to living with housemates, clean and tidy.
