| Detailed Description |
| I work full-time in the city and have recently finished my masters. I'm looking for a new place as I had a month off over Christmas inter-state and the rent on my old room was increased by more than 30 per cent for the new year.
I usually work fairly long hours and spend a bit of time sailing, cycling, at the gym or occasionally out with friends.
When I am around I love to cook and wind down with a beer or glass of wine after work and am always happy to share. I am very clean and tidy and will always respect other's space - can provide references. I have some furniture (bed, chair, coffee machine) and am happy to take the room furnished or unfurnished. I am also happy to purchase furniture for the house if required.
What else is worth knowing about me... I'm a keen cyclist, 28 and have been working in policy (federal government) since finishing university. I'm currently making a career transition into management consulting.
On the weekends I like to go sailing, hang out with friends at the beach or head down to the Clare Valley outside Adelaide to help my parents building their house. |
