| Hi,
My names Kate, I'm 28 and manage a pub in Richmond My current roomates are relocating to Perth and i have a free room avaliable. Located at the city end of Richmond and Bridge road, the room comes with your own bathroom, built in robes and an under cover secure car spot. The apartment has everything you need including foxtel, plus a huge balcony. 2 min walk to the tram stop on bridge. And 5 min to the train station. I'm pretty easy going and tidy and would like someone who is the same, I'm out a fair bit but dinner with the roomy a couple of times a week would be great!
