Bathroom: You will have your own private bathroom to use which is inside the room door itself.
Balcony: The room opens to a private balcony for your sole use.
Entertainment: A 48 inch digital TV is installed in the room.
Common areas: Furnished and open plan dining and lounge. Kitchen and laundry, the front garden as well as the back yard. You also have the option of off street parking.
Bills: Water, gas, electricity, wifi and foxtel for downstairs TV. The bills are included in your rent.
The house: Brand new townhouse, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom.
About me: A single IT professional who works 5 days a week in the city. All my other housemates are working professionals but i have also had a student stay with us before. You will find a friendly environment here where all housemates look after each other and are quite considerate and respectful of each other.
What I am looking for: Looking for a responsible and considerate female who does not mind keeping the place neat and tidy and pays on time. We are a quiet bunch, so also looking for someone similar. Prefer someone who takes kosher/halal food. Vegetarians also welcome :)
