| Room available for rent in newly renovated 2 storey townhouse in Brunswick West.
House is fully furnished, only need what you would like in your bedroom (this is of course negotiable). Downstairs is open plan living, dining, kitchen, Landry and 2 courtyards. Upstarts 2 bedrooms and bathroom. All day street parking.
I work full time in health care industry, enjoy keeping fit, active and socialising.
I have a black Labrador who is extremely well trained and sleeps inside so must be a dog likes!
Looking for an easy going, relaxed housemate who doesn't mind going to the pub for a beer!!
I generally go to bed early because I'm awake at 530 am most mornings, I dont like dishes left around so cleaning up after yourself when you eat is a must! Would mostly do individual cooking.
Have unlimited wireless internet which would be $30 each a month and would expect splitting cost of other utilities (water and electricity) by half.
Bus to Essendon, Northcote and thornbury is right outside the door (bus #510), tram 55 stop #40 on Melville road is the closest tram at 900m, tram 59 stop #41 is also within walking distance (approximately 2.3km). Glenbervie (Essendon line) train station is 1.8 km walk and Moreland train station is 2.3 km (bus also goes directly there). Access to city link is less than 100m and it takes me 15 minutes door to standing on port Melbourne beach, 5-7 minutes to Royal Melbourne/women's hospital and approximately 10 minutes to spencer st train station. Access to directly to TullMarine and Hume Fwy.
Excellent Cafes and places to eat close by (Brunswick West, Essendon, Brunswick, Pascoe Vale and Moonee Ponds are my picks). I do my supermarket shopping either st Moonee Ponds central or Barkley street in Brunswick. Chemist, petrol station and post office 900m away.
Would prefer working professional.
