| My name is Nathan Peachey, I am a musician in a local band TERAMAZE, and I have 2 full part time jobs I hold well, 3 to 4 days full time in most cases.
I work for a 4 star hotel in the city and I also work for a carpet installation company, established in South Melbourne.
My accommodation is currently in Balwyn North and I need to relocate myself closer to my work and my band, since all of my work and interests are located in the City.
I have a great track record with my current landlord with rent, and bills being paid on time and diligently, I keep my space tidy and a very friendly with other house mates.
I also have a few referees for contacting if need be.
