| Hey I am moving out of my accommodation and so want to transfer my contract onto someone else, my contract is until 31st december and if someone loves the place then have the option to renew for next year. In my contract I pay $207 per week. I am offering my contract to anyone at a bargain price by offering 2weeks pay off. If anyone is interested to move in he has to pay a refundable bond of $850 and an application fee of $100, then you can enjoy 2 weeks of free rent. The place includes mini outdoor gym, swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, BBQ area, perfect student environment. Students only
