| Detailed Description |
| My name is Stephen and my flatmate and I are currently looking for a third to fill a spare room. I am 26 and work as a postdoc at UNSW and the other tenant is DJ, 30 yo, who works as a consultant for Samsung. Both of us are very friendly and outgoing. We are up for a chat when needs be but understand that people want their space and privacy from time to time.
The townhouse is located in a secure complex at the end of a cul-de-sac. The address is 5/1C Ingram st, located about 20-30 mins from the CBD by public transport, 5-10 mins walk from the supermarket and great cafes, 5-10 mins walk from anzac parade takeaway shops. Also very easy to get to Coogee and Maroubra beach by public transport.
The house is very spacious and fully furnished (with wireless unlimited download ADSL2+). The common rooms are located on the ground floor. This includes an internal laundry (washer and dryer), a private retractable clothes line in the back, a small bathroom (toilet and sink) and a large kitchen. The kitchen has granite tops, gas stove and dishwasher. There is also a private front courtyard with table and chairs and a barbeque. Great for the occasional summer dinner party.
The bedrooms are located upstairs. The room comes furnished or unfurnished. That is up to you. There is a built in mirrored wardrobe and the room is large enough for a queen/king sized bed, a desk, a cupboard (2.5 x 4 m).
You will be sharing a large and modern bathroom that has a separate shower and bathtub with DJ.
There is also a huge garage located underneath (61 m squared) that we have put a little gym set, home cinema area and a table tennis table in as there is plenty of street parking. However, we are happy to accommodate if you want to park your car in the garage.
Rent is $242 pw without bills. With bills it is about $262 pw.
