| Hi there, we are two young professionals (male and female) in the mid 20s looking for another young professional to share our apartment with us. Double room with large private balcony off it. Bathroom will be shared with one other. You also have use of a tandem lock up garage.
We like to socialise and enjoy a drink or two (or three!), yet respect each other's privacy, so looking for someone similar.
Apartment is in a secure building with lift access. Conveniently located near Chatswood shopping district and buses at the door to the city.
Four weeks bond plus two weeks rent upfront.
