| 1 bedroom available within 2 bedroom unit to share with fun/easy going female. There are stunning views overlooking Wileys outdoor swimming baths, coogee beach and parkland. It is a great environment to live close to shops, buses, bars, Uni of NSW, Randwick hospitals and restaurants etc. There is a wardrobe, tallboy and bed in the room but if you need these removed i am happy to discuss. The bills are minimal. I am quite social and sporty and would prefer a flatmate who is not at home every night on the couch. I am very respectful and clean and i would like my future flatmate to reciprocate and help with the share of the cleaning.
