| The main tenant has two spare rooms to rent in a nicely furnished 3 bedroom low-set at Edens Landing. The two rooms available are about the same size and have keyed locks on the rooms.
Only single living available in rooms, meaning I wont be renting the room to couples.
1 room is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets and a tall boy. Ceiling fan and built in cupboards. - $140/week
1 room is unfurnished with a ceiling fan and built in cupboards. - $120/week
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a 10 minute walk to trains. Internet is installed in the house and a discussion with the tenant on sharing can be arranged.
Solar panels and gas cooking keep electricity costs down.
All cost shared by all tenants. Smoking outside only, small pets ok. |
