| Detailed Description |
| We are looking for a great guy or girl between 25-35yo to move into our lovely terrace in Paddington. The room for rent is $300pw and is a good sized room, with built in wardrobes situated on the second floor of our nice and light 3 bedroom terrace.
This is a renovated terrace that is well looked after with a bright and sunny courtyard.
You will be sharing with myself a 27year old male and Sarah a 29 year old female.
We are looking for someone easy going clean and friendly to join our house.
We are quite social and often hang out together and with summer coming up we will be making good use of the court yard.
