Single room + attic room, shared bathroom, ideal for someone who needs a home office or extra storage space. Room has built in robe + king single bed, will fit up to double bed. Attic room is completely separate & very private with reverse cycle aircon & great natural light.
Terrace has both front & rear access with BBQ facilities in courtyard.
Street parking permit available.
$350 per week plus bills. One month bond + two references required, minimum six month lease.
