| Hey folks,
I'm a friendly guy looking to move closer to work and share some of the rent load with hopefully some likeminded people.
I work 40 hours a week so i'm usually pretty docile of a weeknight. I'm certainly not the 'loud' type ;)
I enjoy a good socialize, but am very down to earth so it's quite alright to tell me to fk off when you want some 'me' time... I've lived in sharehouses before and I know how important boudries are lol
What can I offer the house?
A Robot Vacume Cleaner (named ferret), New washing machine, leather 3 seat chase lounge, Full bench weight set (not that I can be bothered using it lol)... I live alone at the moment so I have everything anyways. Also two 10 month old kittens named Leroy Jenkins and #2... (completely negotiable - They don't have to come with me at all just thought i'd put it on the table as an option if you like the idea).
I can also sharpen cooking knives and fix almost any computer problem known to man... So if you're a bit of a nuffy with either... I got the skills init ;)
Anyways. Contact me if you'd like to know more. I need to give notice where I am first (these days better to be housed than sorry!), however I am willing to double up the rent a bit so it would only be two weeks from the agreement date.
